Michael Wilkes always had a passion for the medical field. When he was growing up, he would assist his Uncle who was a doctor, in office work. It was during this time that he realized his passion for the medical industry. He now uses the foundational skills he learned in medicine and has combined them with his expertise in business. His mission through Alpha 7 Medical is to help physicians optimize the business side of medicine.
Michael Wilkes has been an entrepreneur for the past 18 years. With a lifelong desire to make a positive impact in the medical field, he founded Alpha 7 Medical to create financial gain for minority medical providers and better experiences for their patients. In just two short years, Michael has been able to grow the business into a thriving family business, and has even positioned the company to write its first scholarship check in 2018. This scholarship, to Morehouse College, has positioned Alpha 7 Medical as an elite donor in just a short few months.
Furthermore, he has generated a network of approximately 30 practicing physicians and businesses. He has also secured partnerships with Access MD, Max Pulse, One Swab, ACCU, Northside Community Involvement, and Box.His vision for the company will continue to unfold in the years to come. As he continues to focus on becoming an industry leader through his dedication to not only improve patient care, but increase the economic performance of healthcare providers, Michael Wilkes and his vision will carry our communities into more economic sustainability.
